Payment methods and instructions for using webshop

Payment methods

We accept online banking payments and the most common credit cards, as well as mobile payment options, invoice, and installment methods available in the online store.

The online store offers directly available payment options when purchasing the service:

  • Online banking, mobile payments and credit card payments

  • Invoice and installment options (OP Lasku, OP Tililuotto ja Walley)

  • ePassi

  • Smartum Pay

You can also pay with the following exercise benefits:

  • Edenred

We will no longer accept paper exercise benefit vouchers as payment after December 31, 2024.

  • In the online store, you can also choose to pay via invoice or installment options: OP Lasku, OP Tililuotto, or Walley.

    Please review the terms and conditions for each payment option, as well as any applicable billing fees when selecting your payment method.

  • Please create an account to our webshop before using sports benefit credit. You can find more spesific instructions for using our webshop further below.

    Make the transaction through the browser or the app to FitPit Oy (link).

    Take a receipt / screenshot of the payment and send it via email to asiakaspalvelu@fitpit.fi. At the same time tell us which course you want to attend (name of the course, location, time). Please make sure the course you're interested in has available slots.

    We will add you to the course and send a separate booking confirmation to your email.

    If the sports benefit payment does not cover the value of the entire course, we will send an invoice for the excess part by e-mail.

  • You can load Smartum/ePassi exercise benefit balance to your user account in the online store if you do not yet know which of our services you want to use the exercise benefit for or if, for example, you want to pay for lane rentals at the Kilo swimming hall.

    Load the balance directly to your user account from here and choose Smartum or ePassi exercise benefit as the payment method.

NOTE! The sports benefits are strictly for personal use. It is not possible to use it for buying a swimming course for your child.

Using Edenred

Please create an account to our webshop Enkora before using sports benefit credit.

When buying services with sports benefit, make sure there's free space on the course you're planning to book. Make a payment with your app/online to FitPit Oy. Send us a picture/screenshot of the payment to asiakaspalvelu@fitpit.fi. Use the message field to write us your name, ID number, and the class you're looking to join. You will get your ID number under “My account”once you've created an account on our online store.

We will add you to the course and send a separate booking confirmation to your email. If the sports benefit payment does not cover the value of the entire course, we will send an invoice for the excess part by e-mail.

Worth noticing on our online store

  • Please, read our terms and conditions carefully before booking a class.

  • The child's information shall be added to your account info, so the booking can be made with the correct name.

  • Courses must always be paid in full at the time of registration unless you have selected one of the invoice or installment options provided in the online store.

  • Please remember, the sport benefits are for personal use only. You're not allowed to pay for services for anyone else.
